Advertisers must launch a campaign and spend within 30 days from registration to qualify.
Only one tier applies per account, and free credits cannot be used to reach the next tier.
Eligibility requires a new self-serve SMB account that is not an Agency/Business Center created account or a TikTok Shop account.
Only one new ad account per TikTok For Business account qualifies.
Credits are credited within 7 days after the highest spend threshold is crossed or the 30-day period ends, and unused credits expire on 2023/12/31.
Accounts must comply with TikTok policies and coupon terms.
The offer also includes onboarding support once the payment profile is set up.
