New Verification Requirements for All Advertisers Targeting Singapore

Mar 5, 2025·3 min read

Meta is updating its verification requirements for all advertisers targeting audiences in Singapore, in line with Singapore's OCHA Code of Practice.
Starting early-April, most advertisers can begin the verification process, which must be completed by end-June 2025.
Advertisers need to verify the beneficiary and payer of their ads, though those with an existing verified business portfolio may skip this step.
All ads targeting Singapore will include the name of the paying or benefiting individual/organization on the ad's infosheet and in the Ad Library.
The rollout is expected to be available to most by early-May 2025.
Advertisers are encouraged to complete verification promptly upon notification.
