Facebook announced a feature that makes it easier for restaurants to showcase their menus on their Facebook Pages, recognizing that users often search for location, hours, and menu details on the platform.
In the US and Canada, restaurants can upload menus through SinglePlatform from Constant Contact, an online listings service that helps local businesses connect with consumers.
If restaurants already use SinglePlatform for other menu needs, their menu will automatically appear on their Page.
For those outside these regions or not using SinglePlatform, restaurants can upload a PDF of their menu via Settings > Page Info > Menus.
This update aims to streamline the process of sharing a key business asset directly on Facebook, enhancing user experience and helping restaurants attract customers.
Additional help is available in the Help Center for editing or adding menus.
