Introducing Instagram Reels Ads: Grow and Reach New Customers

After successful testing in select countries, Instagram has launched Reels ads globally.
Reels is presented as the best place on Instagram to reach non-followers and a global stage for brand discovery.
The ads are full-screen and vertical, similar to Stories ads, appearing between individual Reels.
They loop and can be up to 30 seconds, with users able to comment, like, view, save, and share them.
Reels ads appear in the Reels tab, Explore, and feed, where users enter a vertical-scrolling viewer.
Instagram's COO sees Reels as a natural fit for ads, helping brands of all sizes leverage this creative format in an entertaining environment.
