A new way for legal firms and estate agents to reach more customers

By Charles-Antoine de Leiris (he/him)·Sep 12, 2023·2 min read

Google is expanding Local Services Ads in the UK to include legal and estate agency firms in London, offering over 23,000 businesses a new way to generate inquiries and bookings.
These ads appear at the top of search results, and businesses only pay for leads (phone calls or messages).
They can target specific geographic areas and time slots, set a fixed monthly budget, and adjust or pause ads anytime.
Additionally, Google provides verification badges—Google Screened for legal and estate firms—to boost credibility and help businesses stand out from competitors.
This expansion builds on the program's success across nine European countries since 2020, where it helped plumbers, electricians, and other home service providers grow.
